Method
Step 1:
- In a mixing bowl, combine vegetable oil, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper. Mix well.

Step 2:
- Place pork chops in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over them and coat evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.

Step 3:
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil the surface.

Step 4:
- Remove pork chops from the marinade, shake off excess, and lightly season with salt.

Step 5:
- Cook pork chops for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through.

Step 6:
- Check internal temperature using a meat thermometer; it should reach 145°F (63°C). Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

Step 7:
- In a small saucepan, melt butter and mix in Dijon mustard, honey, vinegar, and garlic powder. Stir until smooth, then brush or drizzle over pork chops before serving.

Notes
- Marinating overnight enhances flavor and tenderness.
- Bone-in pork chops are juicier, but boneless cook faster.
- Do not overcook to avoid dry meat.
- Letting the pork rest after cooking keeps it juicy.
