Step 1: Prepare Dough
- Ek large bowl mein flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt aur sugar ko whisk karein. Cold butter add karke crumble karein jab tak mixture coarse crumbs jaisa ho jaye.

Step 2: Add Liquids & Form Dough
- Buttermilk aur milk add karein. Gently mix karein jab tak soft dough ban jaye. Overmix na karein.

Step 3: Rest & Shape
- Dough ko kitchen towel se cover karke 1 hour rest dein. Phir dough ko 1/2-inch thickness tak roll karein aur biscuit cutter se rounds cut karein.

Step 4: Second Rest & Bake
- Biscuits ko lined baking tray par rakh kar 30 minutes rest dein. Oven ko 200°C (400°F) par preheat karein aur 12–15 minutes tak bake karein jab tak golden brown ho jaye.

Step 5: Honey Butter & Serve
- Butter, honey aur powdered sugar mix karke smooth honey butter banayein. Garam biscuits par brush karein aur serve karein.

Notes
- Use very cold butter for flaky biscuits.
- Do not overwork the dough—this keeps biscuits soft.
- For extra flavor, brush with melted butter right after baking.
- If buttermilk isn’t available, mix 1 cup milk with 1 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar and let sit for 5 minutes.
