Step 1
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

- Heat milk and oil in a saucepan until it starts to simmer, then remove from heat and mix in tapioca flour and salt to form a sticky dough.

- Let the dough cool for 5 minutes, then add the egg and mix until smooth.

Step 4
- Stir in Parmesan and mozzarella cheese until fully combined, then shape the dough into small balls using lightly oiled hands.

Step 5
- Place the balls on the tray and bake for 18–20 minutes until puffed and golden, then cool slightly and serve warm.
