Ingredients
  

5 slices Bacon chopped
1 lb Ground beef
12 oz Smoked sausage sliced
1 medium Onion chopped
3 cloves Garlic minced
3 medium Potatoes peeled & diced
1 can (15 oz) Pinto beans drained
1 can (15 oz) Corn drained
1 can (14.5 oz) Diced tomatoes
1 can Tomatoes with green chilies
2.5 cups Beef broth
2 tsp Chili powder
2 tsp Ground cumin
0.5 tsp Smoked paprika optional
to taste — Salt & pepper

Method
 

Step 1:
  1. Cook chopped bacon in a large pot over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.

  1. In the same pot, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat, then add onion, garlic, and sausage. Cook until softened.

  1. Stir in tomatoes, beans, corn, and potatoes. Mix everything well.

Step 4:
  1. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour in beef broth and bring to a boil.

Step 5:
  1. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 45–60 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir bacon back in, adjust seasoning, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra spice, add jalapeños or red pepper flakes.
  • You can substitute ground turkey for a lighter version.
