Method
 

Step 1: Cook the Beef
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter or oil and cook the thin-sliced beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Remove and set aside.

  1. In the same pan, add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5–10 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, beef bouillon powder, and water. Stir until smooth.

  1. Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Add ketchup if using. Simmer until thickened.
