Step 1: Cook the Beef
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add butter or oil and cook the thin-sliced beef with salt, pepper, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce until browned. Remove and set aside.

Step 2: Cook the Vegetables
- In the same pan, add onions and bell peppers. Cook for 5–10 minutes until soft and slightly caramelized.

Step 3: Prepare the Sauce
- In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch, beef bouillon powder, and water. Stir until smooth.

Step 4: Combine Filling
- Return the beef to the skillet and pour in the sauce mixture. Add ketchup if using. Simmer until thickened.

Step 5: Add Cheese
- Add cheese and stir until fully melted and creamy.

Step 6: Warm the Tortillas
- Warm tortillas in a microwave or skillet until soft and flexible.

Step 7: Assemble Burritos
- Spread mayonnaise (optional), add filling to tortillas, fold sides, and roll tightly.

Step 8: Toast the Burritos
- Place burritos seam-side down in a skillet and toast until golden brown and crispy on both sides. Serve hot.

Notes
- Slice beef very thin for best texture
- Do not overfill tortillas
- Let filling cool slightly before assembling
